Excellent and clean newer matte black meters first dial with puffy lume plots that appear warm and sandy in hue. A 1.3 million case should have a gilt dial. The hands have been relumed to match the dial. All lume on the dial glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate.
